Yes, some of our printed mugs are dishwasher safe, typically the ones made of glass are not - so if you need dishwasher safe mugs we would suggest sticking to the ceramic or china mugs.

It depends on which mug you order, the stock levels, the quantity of the order etc, on average they can take anywhere between 3 to 15+ days, but again it depends on which option you've chosen, the printing process and where you've ordered them to. It will tell you on the individual product descriptions how long your chosen mug will take after we receive your order.
